How do I book game coverage?

Booking is confirmed once payment is received in full. Coverage is scheduled on a first-come basis and must be paid in advance to reserve the date and time.

When will we receive the photos?

Photos are delivered via an online gallery within 48 hours of the game, and often sooner unless a different timeline is arranged in advance.

How many photos will we receive?

Galleries typically include 25–40 edited images, depending on the length of the game, flow of play, and overall conditions.

Can families download and share the photos?

Yes. Families may download, print, and share images for personal use, including posting on personal social media accounts.

Can the photos be used on a team or school website?

Use on websites, promotional materials, or for organizational purposes requires prior permission. Please reach out to discuss usage options.

What happens if a game is canceled or postponed?

Weather-related cancellations or schedule changes are handled case by case. Please communicate any changes as early as possible.

Do you photograph sports not listed on the site?

Yes. I am open to covering additional sports when expectations, access, and logistics are discussed in advance.

Do you travel for games?

Yes. Travel within 30 miles of Hot Springs is included. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside this area.

Are specific plays or players guaranteed?

No. Coverage depends on game flow, positioning, lighting, and access. The goal is balanced, well-rounded coverage of the event.

Can we request specific shots or players?

Requests can be discussed in advance. While specific moments cannot be guaranteed, reasonable requests are taken into consideration when possible.
